As far as I know our kids school has never held a prayer session during the school day (or before the school day either for that matter). They have had moments of silence, but never moments for prayer to be specific.Well this week a lot of students have met at the flagpole at our kids school (the students are free to either attend the session or not to attend...its up to them). Breann has told me that this is a great time for the kids to come together and pray as one body...they take prayer requests and acknowledge our Lord and Savior for who He really is!! She said Mommy, its kinda' like a mini Bible Study. And...she couldn't wait to get to school today to join in on this prayer session. Needless to say...as I saw all of the kids who freely were coming out to attend this prayer session...I left the school in tears. I REALLY hope and pray this continues...our kids need this!!
There is only one thing left to say...Amen!
